We stand behind Delete the Grind completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no explanation required.
**How to Request a Refund**
Email hello@deletethegrind.com with your order number and the email address you used to purchase. We process all refund requests within 24 business hours. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
**What Qualifies for a Refund**
Any purchase within 30 days of the original transaction date qualifies for a full refund. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to have used the product. You do not need to prove you tried it. Simply email us within 30 days and the refund is yours.
**Digital Product Note**
Delete the Grind is a digital PDF delivered instantly via email. Because it is an instant-download digital product, we are unable to "return" the file in the traditional sense — but our 30-day money-back guarantee remains fully in effect regardless. We would rather you ask for your money back than file a payment dispute. If you have any issue with delivery, access, or the product itself, please email us before initiating any chargeback or dispute — we will resolve it immediately.
**Chargebacks**
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund can result in permanent suspension of your access and may create unnecessary complications on both sides. We honor every legitimate refund request promptly.
