Delivery Policy
**No Physical Product**
Delete the Grind is a 100% digital product. Nothing will be shipped to you. There is no physical book, no DVD, no printed materials, and no physical delivery of any kind. You will not be charged any shipping fees.
**How Delivery Works**
Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains your download link for the PDF. In most cases this email arrives within 60 seconds of purchase.
**What You Receive**
One (1) PDF file: Delete the Grind — The Real Estate Agent's AI Blueprint (26 pages). The file is compatible with all modern PDF readers including Adobe Acrobat (free), Apple Preview, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and any mobile PDF app.
**Didn't Receive Your Email?**
If your delivery email has not arrived within 10 minutes of purchase:
1. Check your Spam or Junk folder. Search for "Delete the Grind" or "hello@deletethegrind.com".
2. Check that the email address you used at checkout is correct. You can verify this in your Shopify order confirmation.
3. Add hello@deletethegrind.com to your contacts and check if it arrives in the next few minutes.
4. If none of the above resolves it, email hello@deletethegrind.com with your order number and we will resend your download link within 24 hours.
**Access and Downloads**
Your download link is active immediately after purchase. We recommend downloading the file to your device rather than relying solely on the link. Store a copy on your computer, phone, or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox) so you always have access.
**Technical Requirements**
- Any device that can open PDF files (computer, tablet, smartphone)
- An email account to receive the download link
- Internet connection to complete the download
- No special software required — PDF readers are free and built into most devices
**International Delivery**
As a digital product, Delete the Grind is available worldwide with no shipping charges, no customs fees, and no delivery delays. Your PDF will be delivered to your email regardless of your location.
