**2. License Grant**

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own personal and professional real estate business purposes. This license is for a single user only.

**3. Prohibited Uses**

You may not: share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or give away the Product or any portion of it to any other person or entity; post the Product or any portion of it publicly, including on social media, file-sharing platforms, or any website; use the Product to create a competing product or service; use the Product in any group training, group coaching, or team setting beyond the single-user license; claim authorship or ownership of the Product or its contents; or remove any copyright notices or proprietary markings from the Product.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license, potential legal action, and no eligibility for a refund.

**4. Intellectual Property**

All content in the Product, including but not limited to text, prompts, frameworks, systems, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Delete the Grind and is protected by United States copyright law and international treaties. All rights are reserved. "Delete the Grind" and associated branding are proprietary marks of Delete the Grind.

**5. Payment and Pricing**

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated price. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to purchase.

**6. Refunds**

Our refund policy is described in full in the Refund Policy available at deletethegrind.com/pages/refund-policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with no conditions.

**7. Digital Product Delivery**

The Product is delivered via email to the address provided at checkout within minutes of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive. Delivery failure due to an incorrect email address does not entitle you to a refund automatically, but we will work with you to ensure you receive your purchase.

**10. Limitation of Liability**

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELETE THE GRIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

**11. Governing Law**

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

**12. Severability**

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to make it enforceable to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

**13. Entire Agreement**

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delete the Grind regarding your purchase and use of the Product.

**14. Changes to Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Product following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
